Smallworld: Underground is a new base game with a new playing field and unique races and powers. There is also far too little space underground for the peoples of Small World. Smallworld Underground consists of 15 fantasy-themed races of creatures with 21 special powers. Each player controls different creatures / powers during the course of the game. You will use these creatures to take control of various subterranean locations. In some places there are relics, others are "power locations" and there the monsters must be defeated before a player can claim the special benefits. At the end of each turn, players score points for the territories they own and the player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
